conference: San Diego this November

I must admit, this is my first post for the REALTORS® Conference & Expo Activerain blog. I've been in my new position at NAR for about 7 months now. I joined Conventions a week before our departure for the 2008 Annual Conference in Orlando. What a great experience that was. The members were very excited to attend their annual meeting - nothing but smiles, good nature, and excitement filled the air. My duties at annual are to manage the Program Pick-up area in Registration. Seeing members run up to the counter, introducing themselves, initiating brief, cordial conversations, and then watching them anxiously … (0 comments)
conference: What are you most looking forward to at the 2008 Conference?

Hi! My name is Jennifer Braun and I'm a member of the Convention Division. I'm curious on a personal level what event you are most excited about at this upcoming Conference? As I'm working the conference, I don't get a chance to attend too many events. However, I did have the opportunity to attend part of the General Session last year in Las Vegas (my first time!) - saw the Elvis impersonator and finally understood all the hoopla surrounding Elvis! I believe the term is Hubba Hubba … (0 comments)
