West Linn is a great part of the Portland metropolitan area that offers great suburban living. Highly rated schools and reasonable commute to Portland and other areas offering good jobs and wonderful quality of life. When buyers ask me for an area that has views I intantly think of West Linn because of the high elevation and views of Mt Hood and beautiful Oregon.
