This Zig Ziglar wisdom comes to us courtesy of Bob Bly. His Friday morning email said: "The most important part of the sales process is the salesperson." He went on to give this quote from Zig Ziglar: "... the prospect might buy you and still not buy the product, but he won't buy the product unless he has first bought you." Obviously this isn't going to apply to selling a head of lettuce or a carton of milk, but it certainly applies to a "people business" like real estate.
