southeast florida: Florida! The Sunshine State - 04/30/12 01:01 AM
In the lovely Sunshine State we have Lion Country Safari & Parrot Jungle. We also have the attractions of Wine Festivals and Art Festivals. One of my faves is the Seafood Festivals. Yum! We have a great Seaquarium. We have boating tours, boat shows and boat parades.

We also, ofcourse, are always surrounded by our beautiful beaches. Snorkleing and Diving always available. And there's always something fun going on at the beach! I love South Florida!  Come and visit this Sunny State and see why so many stay here a while.

southeast florida: Slight Panic - 08/22/11 12:24 PM
It's only Monday and the bottled water aisle at the grocery store is already wiped out. The 'D' batteries are sold out as well. The lines at the stores are already getting longer. I can tell people are in a slight rush, walking with a definite mission. I guess it'll be the gas stations next. I'm checking the Weather Channel to make sure I have everything on the list. I'm trying to decide if I'm going to bring In my Rabbit from the screened patio when it's time. He's so messy, he doesn't have any indoor manners. And if I can't … (7 comments)

There are deals in South East Florida on Beautiful Homes right now that you wouldn't believe!  If you are renting or thinking about moving into a bigger home, now is the time to contact a real estate professional.  I know of alot of good deals out there right now that I thought would never happen!  I am excellent at putting together a sellers concession package that helps with closing costs. And I can negotiate price reductions to get the best deal above and beyond expectations.
