The only way to truly provide peace of mind to the buyer is for the buyer to have full representation from their own REALTOR. Many buyers wonder if it is a good idea to hire a REALTOR when purchasing new construction. Some buyers believe that they will get a better deal without an agent (saving the 3% commission the agent would be paid and using it as a discount on the price of the home).
