YARD STAGING TIPS (edit/delete) Over the weekend I wrote a a blog about a house that was for sale which had no curb appeal. Although the house was cute, it lacked that slow the car down and check out this house. Your yard believe it or not has to impress potential buyers...its the first impression. Here are some tips for staging your yard by Harmonizing Homes. Your front lawn is the first thing that buyers see when they drive by, so make sure your lawn is cut, and edged. Prune any branches that may be hiding your home, as we saw in the picture (2 comments)
As I walked around the summer cottage this weekend I was sadden by the lack of color in the gardens which is a result of the long hot summer days... The blue Hydrangea's are a mauve and brown...the black eye Susan's are crisp and black, long gone are the peony's....Flax's are at the end of their purple glory.
It is time to revitalize your gardents' with some hardy mums, asters, colorful Kale's.... So cut back the Lilly's be careful with hydrangea's they are not fond of cuttings - pull out the annuals....rake up the mulch...add some fall color... Harmonizing Homes is all (2 comments)
