Barrington, IL is a great suburb located Northwest of Chicago and is known mostly for single family homes, but does have some condos and townhomes that are desirable for people looking for a nice quaint town. The condos and townhomes have a wide price range for all buyers. They range in price from $99,900 to $498,000. There were no foreclosures or short sales that closed in the last 30 days, and the properties sold for 96% of list price.
