So today I wanted to talk about the rental market. A question that's been asked a lot recently is, "Why are rentals so expensive right now and why are they going so quickly?" The answer is: supply and demand. I explain a little more in depth as to why demand is up but supply is the same, causing prices to rise and time on the market to decrease drastically.
