Is metro Denver real estate moving into a sellers market? Recently, I've had two first time home buyers run into a problem of exhausting current inventory in Denver County ($250K and below). Essentially they are waiting for new inventory to hit the market. I can't say that is the norm for all neighborhoods. This presents a problem for any buyers trying to qualify for the next tax credit deadline. A few facts and reasons: 1.
