Has waned in vigor and now seeks rest,
Depart now, harbinger of Arctic’s reign,

A blast of early winter has accelerated the end of leaf season here in West Georgia. Our peak season is typically the first two weeks of November so we are pretty much on schedule.
We often have some leaves well into December but even the largest oaks are now in the process of going to sleep for the winter.
