This is my third year as a fund raiser for MDA. I feel it is important to support something that I believe and I am asking for your support in my personal goal of raising $5000.00 for these kids so please give generously as I have the honor and pleasure of participating in MDA's Clarksville MDApoly to help "Jerry's Kids®".
