10 years ago when I first got into real estate, a rookie without a clue I would ask questions of my fellow agents. Expecting helpful answers. I got answers alright but none of them were neither very clear nor correct. I think it was a quest they had to make sure the "new guy" failed. Fortunately for me I asked a question of Doris Mabry of the Husband Wife team Warren and Doris Mabry. She told me not to listen to the others as they were just messing with me.
