Welcome to 2019. We are another year past the financial meltdown that left many well intended people with Foreclosures on their records. New programs keep coming out that are changing the dynamics of getting a mortgage after a Foreclosure. I will post another blog specifically for getting a mortgage after Short-Sales and Bankruptcy , but for now this is focused on loans after a Foreclosure.

Many potential home buyers are asking "How long do I have to wait until I can buy a home again after a short-sale or foreclosure?" The answer is there is "NO WAIT PERIOD" after a Short-Sale or Foreclosure with our new portfolio 2nd chance loan. Up until now there has been very limited financing options for those who have unfortunately lost thier homes to foreclosure or short-sale.
