We offer a few mortgage programs that do not require any income! We can leave the employment section of the application completely blank. If you have a buyer that fits one of the program descriptions below we can close the loan fast and easy. No one else in the market is offering this on primary residences and if they are there is a good chance they are brokering it to my bank. I am the direct lender.

For most jumbo lenders a Self-Employed borrower with declining income can become an issue. The concern from underwriting is how much will future declines be and how long will the declines last. Underwriters as most big banks do not like this uncertainty and therefore may decline a file do to it.
Is there any way to get APPROVED with DECLINING SELF-EMPLOYED INCOME for a Jumbo Loan?
Yes there certainly is. I have access to several JUMBO investors who will consider this with a story. Over the years I have gotten many of these approved.

For years after the financial crash homebuyers had to put down 20% to get a Jumbo Mortgage. Many would be home-buyers still believe this.
