These Days, Giving 100% Just Isn't Enough - Part II Last year, around this same time, I wrote a blog titled, "These Days, Giving 100% Just Isn't Enough". Yeah. Yeah. I know what you're thinking. "Craig, have you finally gone off the deep end?" Well, my dear readers, indulge me for a moment if you will. In my opinion giving 100% is the minimum required just to stay in business these days.
Buyers and sellers expect us to give 100% of our effort in getting their home sold, or helping them in the purchase of a new one. We need to be giving more than 100% if we can expect a client to hire (78 comments)
