Once again, as they have done for the past two years, the Cary Area Emergency Medical Services will be providing free flu vaccinations to the public! On October 17, 2009 starting at 8:00 am and running until the vaccine runs out, folks ages 14 and up can receive the vaccine. Come early as the vaccine ran out by 11AM the last two years. However, over 650 people were able to take advantage of this free clinic in 2008. The clinic will be held at the Cary Area EMS, located at 107 Medcon Court, Cary, NC.

This Thursday, March 26th, at 7:00PM, the Town of Apex Parks and Recreation Center proudly presents Family Movie Night at the Halle Cultural Arts Center in downton Apex, North Carolina. Thursday's movie will be Disney's smash hit Bolt, the story of a famous TV dog who finds himself stuck in the middle of the United States with no way back to the glitz of Hollywood. Bolt is voiced by John Travolta, and will have the kids laughing throughout the evening.

My good friend Teresa Berry recently posted a blog about a free "word cloud" generator named Wordle that has all kinds of uses for marketing yourself, or listings, or just about anything you can think of. See her blog here for some great ideas!

Hey all! In my endless quest to visit every web page ever created, I sometimes discover something so good I just can't keep it to myself. Tonight's journey landed me on a web site that's completely free, easy to use and could be a wonderful tool to help market yourself, or a listing, or anything for that matter.
