Yup! It's that time of year again folks.
The 2015 North Carolina State Fair is now open and will run through October 25th.
Of course there will be lots of great concerts from some national artists and some great local musicians...
An abundance of wonderful rides...
More delicious food choices than you could ever dream of...

Nearly 90% of home buyers begin their home search on the Internet.
And, while the pictures might look nice, there is NO substitute for seeing the home in person.
That garden tub you covet might look like this in the pictures...
But, when you actually see it in person, it actually looks like this....
So, while it's OK to begin your home search on the Internet, you really need to see the home in person. Sometimes pictures DO lie!

Yeah, yeah. I know. It's shocking, huh? You though I was ALWAYS a Real Estate agent. But before I was a Real Estate agent in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area, I enjoyed a brief, albeit, successful run as an actor...
And one of my big breaks came during the screen tests for the now classic Mod Squad series...
But, alas, it was a short lived run for me.
Apparently I just wasn't good enough for the part.
And, no. The rumors about Peggy Lipton and me are not true!
Anyway, I think it all worked out for the best.
