In the real estate world, Sunday is typically open house day. Prime time hours for open houses are Sunday 12-2, 1-3, or 2-4. However if the Patriots football team has a Sunday 1pm game, typically the attendance of open houses are low.

A successful Broker Open House I had a Broker Open House today! This house for sale is in a town with a population of approximately 16,000 residents. There are 96 houses for sale, and only 67 have sold in the last 6 months. I had 10 agents show up to the open house. This is approximately 15% of the agent population in that town. One may ask why I feel that is a successful Broker Open House. Well that is an easy answer.
