eat houston: Ethiopian Cuisine in Houston, Texas

On this past Saturday I had the opportunity to try Ethiopian food at Blue Nile located in the south part of Houston, Texas. As a native Houstonian and a connoisseur of food I was very pleased with the overall experience. In all honesty I would rate it a 4 with 5 being the highest score. I was there with my meet-up group (www.meetup.com/4foods) so we ordered many different entrees so we could all taste a little from each dish.
