Once upon a time in the peaceful city of Keizer Oregon there was a beautiful home waiting for a new owner. Potential buyers passed it by, thinking it was for the birds! Living Room - MLS photo before staging Listing Photo Before Home Staging . . . When it was vacant, the home was bland and several incidents of snow blindness were reported. White on White on White Room sizes and features were overlooked due to blandness of home . . .

Vacant rooms often are hard to judge on size, and when painted a neutral color can be easily forgotten.

We've been doing lots of staging consultations recently -- helping clients prepare their homes for entry into a market where there is lots of competition. Sometimes these consultations result in large projects being undertaken -- but so often it's the little things that make a huge impact as well. A room may be decluttered and neutral, but still not have the pizzaz it needs to make it to the MUST see list as buyers zip through dozens of listings on the MLS.

We are so proud of the results achieved from one of our recent consultations -- the homeowner did nearly all the work and added a small amount of rented decor and furnishings from our inventory.
