I am just amazed at the nerve of some people.  In the worst (but changing) real estate market in years, I can't believe that people are still breaking into our inventory homes and stealing...Over and over again, I just don't get it.  The police can't help, deductibles on insurance are too high so it is left to us the builder to fix, replace, and repair.
We quit putting TV's in our model homes years ago (after they were all stolen) But now people are after, windows, cabinets, a/c units, a/c line sets, and hot water heaters (god bless copper)  Last nights occurrence … (0 comments)
