tax credit: CreekStone Homes: $8,000.00 Tax credit to be used as down payment! - 05/13/09 10:04 AM
Wow!  I'm thinking this news is excellent. On FHA loans the first time buyer can use the $8,000.00 tax credit towards closing cost or down payment. Previously, the home buyer would have been unable to access the tax credit until they filed their next annual tax return or an amended 2008 tax return and received the refund from the IRS. To qualify for the tax credit, first-time home buyers must actually close on their home purchase by Dec. 1, 2009. CreekStone Homes is at the Freedom Financial Home Buyers Seminar.  I wanted to update everyone quickly.  We have a turnout of 250 people!
