In my short time as a real estate agent and in my personal life as well, I've noticed the overwhelming need for people to have a house that has an open floorplan. So why the need for an open floorplan? What is it about this particular floorplan that is so desirable? Is it because there are fewer walls? Is it because you can yell at another family member easier if it's just "across the room"?
