Watching Inside Edition on television today. They had a man spray painting brown, dead grass green. They said it was a non-toxic product that usually runs about $300 per yard. The reporter stated that realtors and Banks were using his services to stage a house and give it good curb appeal. It is also supposed to cut down on vandalism because the house does look vacate. What do you think. Should there be a new section on the disclosure form for spray painted grass? … (42 comments)
