buyers: Helping People of Divorce Sell and Purchase Homes

Divorce has changed how Father's Day is celebrated. It has changed how Mother's Day and all holidays are celebrated as well. It has also changed why many people sell homes and the circumstances in which many people purchase homes. It is important to recognize how the grief process and the pain involved in divorce affects the loss of one's dreams and one's home. Pressures are immense and strengths are diminished. It is our responsibility to protect the interests of the divorcing family as they may be required and pressured to sell their home. It is important to realize that extra hand (0 comments)
The American Dream for me encompasses many things - but I do remember many years ago, the opportunity of homeownership was highest on that list. When I purchased my first home in 1976 - I was told that house prices never go down. Then in 1982 and 1983 interest rates reached 19% - the few buyers who could purchase were generally transferees with financing subsidized by their corporation. buyers: BEST TIME TO SELL - THOSE WERE THE DAYS

I distributed an article to my sphere of influence entitled BEST TIME TO SELL about 6 years ago. Back then the information made sense. Today what can we say? Back then I said: "During September, October and November, you will find more homeowners who are being transferred. They will list their homes to be sold and be eager to find new ones. Again, there may be fewer buyers, but those who are looking are serious."
