It has also changed why many people sell homes and the circumstances in which many people purchase homes.
It is important to recognize how the grief process and the pain involved in divorce affects the loss of one's dreams and one's home.  Pressures are immense and strengths are diminished.
It is our responsibility to protect the interests of the divorcing family as they may be required and pressured to sell their home.
It is important to realize that extra hand … (0 comments)

communication: If words can do this to water; what can our thoughts do to us? - 01/30/09 01:21 AM

When I look at my statistics since January, more than half of my prospects and 60% of my successful closings have been with clients were born in countries outside the United States.  The lesson I talk about in "Egg on MY FACE - part 1" becomes even more valid.
The lesson I refer to is: I must be observant, aware and respectful; I must always be aware of where I am, who I am talking to and most importantly ... I cannot just make assumptions and speak off the cuff.  I must remember to ask responsible questions and then shut up … (0 comments)
