Scottsdale Quarter is a $270 million mixed-use project on 28 acres at the southeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Greenway-Hayden Loop, east of Kierland Commons. When complete, the development's three phases will total about 1.2 million square feet of retail, restaurant, entertainment and office space, and possibly residential and hospitality. Initial opening was in 2009, and Phases 1 and 2 are expected to be leased by the end of 2011. The final phase is expected to include a residential component and a hotel, but a projected opening date is unknown.
