Will you all please help me out with this most frequently asked question of me? I'm asked all the time by my Auction clients that are in the midst of downsizing, moving, or divorce about the merits of leaving some items to stage the house. I always direct them back to their Realtor as the best person to answer that question. Working with Realtors from both franchised and unaffiliated firms the answer seems to be varied in the end. Richard, There is so much truth to your article. My I-phone is my business partner and I am constantly on the look out to make sure its charged in case of the long conversation. My complaint is the battery runs down too quickly. Oh well a sign of being used intensely. I know that I am overstating the obvious but contemporary norm is business on a batter. Smartphone, tablets, notebooks, Bluetooth devices and a plethora of fully charged gizmos keep us going without regard to proximity.
