This week's market report takes us to the area near Lafreniere Park in Metairie. This like pretty much every other area of the New Orleans metro market is a seller's market. Houses are hovering around two months on the market. There isn't a whole lot of difference between price per square foot sold and active and this reflects in an only 93 days on market for active homes.
