I've had a stipulation in my resident handbook for over a decade that I only receive 1 check in payment of rent....residents who do not follow this instruction frequently get a REMINDER e-mail from me.... If I get multiple checks..... 1) 1 check (roommate) check bounces, they ALL get a pay or quit notice since the ENTIRE rent has not been paid. I sent out my owner cash flow statements via e-mail this morning. Right after lunch, I received a call from long-time clients who were calling to tell me that they have enjoyed having me manage their townhouse SO MUCH, they are buying an additional rental home where they now live and will be renting it out. They laughed when they indicated I would be a HARD ACT TO FOLLOW.

I am very sorry everytime I see the REMINDER that iGoogle will disappear in November, 2013.....so I am getting to know as many of its features as possible so that I can find alternatives before it DISAPPEARS.... I am so happy to have found Google CONTACTS.....having used a Palm PDA device for almost a decade, I needed to find an alternative that I only have to enter contacts in one time....VOILA! Google CONTACTS.

While doing a property presentation yesterday, I found I was "marketing" against a PRIOR property manager the owners had used for their home across the country 5 YEARS AGO. He had mentioned he wanted to use a property manager because of his prior experience so I sent my printed property management proposal about a week ago for him to review. With the recent changes in Craigslist posting options, it is very important that frequent users of the RENTAL section learn whether to DELETE their post and THEN REpost it OR whether they can just REPOST it. I have always DELETED and REPOSTED my rental listings so that there is no long tail on the listing if someone should do a SEARCH for the property address OR my company name. This way, they won't see any rental price reductions or how long the property has been available online.

Yes, Android is the FASTEST growing mobile platform and I waited 3 months for my 4G Sprint EVO smartphone * Sprint contract and availability issues * and NOW, I'm ready for my NEXT ANDROID tablet.

I L♥VE the RHOoA......several of the original cast members (and they ARE a CAST, just like at Disney) are still with the show so when the NEWEST housewife, Kenya....joined this season, I said the MOORE the MERRIER!
