KUDOS to UPS (sponsor of NASCAR's #6 David Ragan Ford) for getting CREATIVE and GREEN!
UPS has rented home TEMPORARILY in the Palm Harbor neighborhood and are delivering packages to the home's garage every morning.....then UPS employees in motorized golf carts are re-deliverying the packages to 6 residential neighborhoods in the area.
Needless to say, GREENCHS in the Hooville neighborhood are saying the homeowner, a temporary UPS employee, is violating the rules of the HOA and running a business out of her home.

Kudos to Rick Hendrick...eventhough he has won an unprecedented 5th STRAIGHT NASCAR Cup title with Jimmy Johnson, he has not forgotten his remaining 3 teams * 4X Cup Champ Jeff Gordon, NASCAR's MOST POPULAR driver Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and veteran Mark Martin poised to drive his LAST NASCAR season in 2011.
Hendrick has announced that these teams will switch crew chiefs for 2011. In doing this, he is recognizing that CHEMISTRY can make the difference as he knows he has the potential to have another champion next year with any of his four teams.

Long time #24 sponsor DuPont is giving up primary sponsorship of the Hendrick Motorsport's Chevrolet driven by 4X NASCAR Champ Jeff Gordon in 2011....so HMS is out searching for sponsorship. NASCAR has wanted WalMart to come into the sport for years and while preliminary discussions are ongoing, many of the NASCAR consumer packaged goods sponsors such as Coke, Kraft, MillerCoors and Proctor and Gamble are NOT waiting for the deal to ink. They are ALREADY meeting and signing deals in order to be in a position for the beginning of 2012....THE Daytona 500 is ONLY 6 months away!

NASCAR HQ may be in Daytona * where the France family originally established the sport * however the HEART is in North Carolina around the Charlotte area where the new NASCAR Hall of Fame was just opened.
