Lockmar Estates is the home of 1371 homes. The first 4 homes built in 1980. This very desirable neighborhood continued to develop with 983 homes built by the end of the 80's. The development of Lockmar continued into the 90's with 257 homes built. New construction didn't stop there. We had another 139 homes built since two thousand. As it stands right now there are 93 vacant lots with none being offered on the open market for sale.
