A Major problem is making the Airbnb information difficult for the average Zillow investor to see and most agents don’t know to get certain information. Listing short-term rentals for sale has been a challenge for many real estate agents who are only used to listing owner-occupied or even multi-family units. The Multiple Listing Service hasn't adapted to these and isn't a great place for them to get top dollar. While every short-term rental should still be listed in the MLS, it isn't enough to just do that. Marketing these homes on several different platforms is essential.
