Just a few short minutes ago I wrote a blog entitled Hurray! I finally got out of the house. And it just occurred to me that I could have included some helpful hints to residential realtors struggling in today's market. I usually refer to myself as a basement dweller, because for years I have been self employed working in my.... of course, basement. It has become real apparent to me since joining ActiveRain that each individual's idea of what makes a personal closing gift are as different as their choices of gifts for their spouses.
