HUD has put out a calculator about Buy Vs Rent to help today's insecure buyers. It's always fun to watch videos and I thought this one was particularly fun. These guys, Frank Garay and Brian Stevens of TBWS Daily Show created this video for their Real Estate and Mortgage Daily Commentary seem to come up with great fun ways to introduce whatever they are talking about.
