Hershey Park, PA  - Christmas Candy Lane
A family tradition for my family!
This past Saturday we went to Hershey Park, PA - Christmas Candy Lane and we had a wonderful time going through the chocolate factory, riding the rides and seeing all the Christmas lights and decorations.  My family and I have been making this a tradition for the past several years.  My youngest daughter, Allison's birthday is the beginning of December so this trip makes for a great birthday celebration as well as a festive holiday tradition. westminster maryland real estate: Keeping it positive improves the outcome! - 08/19/10 02:27 AM
Just a reminder today that life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it.  Some days this theory can be hard to remember but after you get thru a difficult time you realize how true it really is.  I have found that when I keep a positive attitude and look for ways to improve the situation verses dwelling on the negative (or what had happened) I find that it wasn't as bad as I thought it might have been and sometimes I find a better answer when the focus is on the positive.

westminster maryland real estate: I am feeling HOT! How will you make your potential buyer feel?? - 07/09/10 01:16 AM
I am in Westminster, Maryland and it is July 2010, the temperatures are soaring into the high 90's with feel like temperatures in the 100's.  I am showing homes to buyers that I am working with and I am shocked to find homes WITHOUT their air conditioning on!!  WHAT!!! (p.s. do you know what I look like after an hour in 100 degree weather :0 - scary!) Realtors please ask your sellers to make sure they have their air conditioning on during this extreme heat.  Buyers will stay longer and think more about purchasing your home if they are comfortable in your home.
