I did an occupancy check for a bank yesterday, my mission was to find out if the previous mortgagor had vacated the property. Here comes a three day weekend with 4th of July Celebrations starting on Saturday and ending on Monday. Your biggest worry for the weekend is to decide what you are NOT going to be able to do because there are SO many choices.

When I am in Santa Rosa, I love it when I come across a newly discovered Peanuts statue. There are hundreds of them all over town and they tend to take you by surprise when you find a new one. The four Peanuts characters that have been replicated and uniquely decorated by local artists are (in order) Charlie Brown, Woodstock, Snoopy and Lucy.
