I've had the same agent call me almost every day for the last 10 days. She has a buyer who is interested in a listing I have in Santa Rosa.
At the beginning of every phone call, she asks if I have received any offers. Once she hears "no", she proceeds to tell me everything that is wrong with the property. It needs this ... it needs that. I have yet to hear one positive thing out of her mouth. At the end of every call she tells me they will be submitting an offer.
