July 2015 was another strong summer month of sales in Sonoma County, with about 40 more homes selling than in June. Let the race begin! Summer is historically the time of year where we see the most home sale activity. It amazes me to see how Sonoma County shifts as far as the least or most expensive areas to live in. Twenty five years ago, the least expensive area was the Russian River, affectionately referred to as West County.
