Although our weather lately has not been the kind you think of for outdoor actvities, our forecast is supposed to start clearing up and warming up today just in time for the annual Concours d'Elegance on Amelia Island. This annual fundraiser has raised over $2.25 million for local charities since inception and if you have not been, it really is a great way to spend a few hours (or more) looking at antique autos in prisitine shape. I just wrote my business pre plan post, so let's just roll into the personal one! I've got a pretty solid work/life balance, I've fought hard for it. I tend to work M-F 8a-6pm. I don't work many weekends, and if I do, they are primarily Saturdays only, I take Sundays off. So, moving into the holiday season, I would like to focus on a few more areas: 1) Working out. amelia island: Mayport Ferry Resumes Service, Mayport, FL

We here at the beaches love our ferry, as it can save us time and money to get to Amelia Island, and Fernandina Beach. The slowest month for ferry ridership is December, so the local Port Authority decided that was a good time for maintenance and improvements. It's also fun to ride the ferry vs. driving up 9A because of the great water views you get - sometimes, there is nothing like it.
