I know we all want referrals, and we strive for the highest customer satisfaction.
What is amazing is when an individual or a company achieve this goal as an organic achievement.
What do I mean? I've had to travel to NC for family matters since the beginning of the year, and have stayed at the same hotel twice now.  First trip, I went low budget, and opted not to continue that.
