Let's face it, consumers build relationships with their Realtors. Sometimes they need to call us after they buy, sometimes years, even. Here are the top reasons to call your Realtor after you purchase: Replace Missing Documents. If you have misplaced your settlement statement, or any other documents, you should call your Realtor. States vary in how long these documents are maintained, so it's best to store your closing documents in a safe place, and ensure you have a complete set (whether paper or electronic) for future use. Kind of interesting tidbit I stumbled across on the Times Union website this morning with a link to the Top 50 most valuable homes in Duval County, which is home to Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beach, Atlantic Beach and Neptune Beach. Most are located along water, but not all are oceanfront; a large number are riverfront estates on the St. John's River which is a very picturesque setting. Would love to see the companion piece including St. John's County homes, which is home to Ponte Vedra & Ponte Vedra Beach!
