blogging: Busy Summer - Very little blogging - I am back!

This summer has been one of self-discipline. I have been very busy with real estate and the rest of my world. Real estate wise I have not been prospecting but me and my partner have had 4 pendings through most of the summer. On Thursday we were briefly up to 6.
On the rest of the world my dad has been sick with diabetic ulcers and other problems. Nothing that will kill him but things that take a lot of time, patience and love. My diabetes has gotton worse but I have taken charge of it and started excercising (no matter … (4 comments)

Hi! I am mostly posting this because I seem to have taken a break from blogging.... I was blogging about everything and I sort of stopped for a few weeks... Maybe I needed the break.... I have been doing a bunch of stuff. Some real estate, some politics and some spreadsheet work. I have had a tough start of the year with many random events hurting my business.... I had the suitcase full of cash, a buyer with heart surgery, a bad inspection,dad's small stroke, dad's research project .... Those type of things... As a physical chemist I am a numbers type of gal. I like numbers….Breath numbers…. Think in numbers….I am married to a numbers type of guy …. A Math Professor at Boise State University. I started blogging in January of 2008…. I did it here and there but didn’t pay any attention to the points…. I took a break from blogging (OK I occasionally signed on and blogged). Well I have been blogging off and on since January 2008.... Sometimes I am consistant.....Sometimes I took long breaks... Mostly I talk about real estate....Sometimes I talk about politics and heathcare.... Sometimes I talk about my family and important events... Others have better blogs but it is a record of what I do and it might help me with my business. Ever since I started blogging more people seem to be coming to my website !!!!!!!!! Yesterday it was 15 and I didn't post on Craigslist!!!!!!! I even had an listing expire and more people came. My son refuses to put a link to my webpage. GRRRRR!!!!! I find this blogging very interesting and informative. It is helping me with ideas on real estate. I just need to make sure I spend some time selling houses instead of blogging. I feel that I can help anyone in the Treasure Valley sell and/or buy their home. I am so happy I started … (2 comments)
