Yesterday, a lady called me about my home on 1408 Dearborn St in Caldwell (I own it). They were in love with the home. They decided they wanted to buy it. We settled on $175K, I sort of figure that I was going to pay another agent $5k to bring the buyer. They had a home they needed to sell first. They were willing to list it with me. Latly many people ask me how is the market? I think its slow but OK. That is what I tell them. Is there any way to make this seem more positive? My market is OK but the houses our sitting longer on the market then they used too. The truth is if you price your home well they do sell. How would you answer the question of How is the market? I also sometimes say it is a great time to buy and a bad time to sell. … (2 comments)

It is Saturday and the Boise real estate market is a little slow but I have some active buyers. Today at 10 AM I am showing houses to a new buyer from house values. This will be the second time I actually took a buyer out from them in 8 months. Maybe 8 months is the charm. I seem to be getting more interest from my drip campaign.
