chicken carrot meatballs: Yummy quick recepe

I got home from my open house and had dinner on the table in less then 15 minutes. It was Chinese hotpot featuring Chicken meatballs I quickly made in the morning. I also still have half of the yummy meatballs in my freezer. I used store bought ground turkey and potato starch instead of corn starch (just what I had from my pantry. This is quick and healthy.
