On Sunday I received a lead. It was from a young man who wanted to buy some land between Boise and Mountain Home. This cool development has large lots (1.5 acre seems to be the average). My agency has a wonderful marketing package that make my work much more professional and easier. One of the things is the idea of inviting the neighbors to the open house. So on Wed and Fri I set out with about 50 door hangers each day. That is my actual walking limit without getting too tired. Yesterday I saw on Facebook that one of my Facebook friend's was thinking of remodeling. They love there home but wanted to know who had remodeled. I have known the young woman since she was 5. She was in my son's kindergarten class. I watched her grow up from a distance. I am still friends with her mom. They now have two children and their home seems to small for them.
