mass open house: Great Home no traffic.... Trying a mass open house today....

Sometimes you get a great home and price it competively and no one comes. I have thought about major price reductions but the seller is in charge. Seems that people with enough money to buy the home do not want to live in Kuna. There are 6 homes in the development. I called the 5 other agents and 3 of us will have an open home at the same time.
