On Sunday I received a lead. It was from a young man who wanted to buy some land between Boise and Mountain Home. This cool development has large lots (1.5 acre seems to be the average). The really cool thing about this development is that it has a private airport attached to it. You become a member by buying a plot of land. I actually wrote the contract before going to the land.
