I sell homes in Boise, Idaho. My son is in Troy, NY and was thinking of buying a home. I contacted an agent randomly through activerain. We talked about the market a bit and she seemed helpful. She gave me a list of loan officers and we talked about the purchase. My son qualified for the loan and I couldn't get out to NY.... I was a bit sick... My dad is very sick...And last but not least I had a lot of work to do here. She said she set us up on a search but after a week … (5 comments)

My son is thinking about buying a home in Troy, NY near RPI. I have to figure out how to do a referral since I am an agent in Boise, ID. I might be going in with him. I understand that all real estate is local . If you know how to do a referral let me know or if you are a great agent in Troy, NY let me know By the way we will also need a local loan officer. … (1 comments)
