treasure valley: WOW I seem to be getting more web interest in ME:)

Ever since I started blogging more people seem to be coming to my website !!!!!!!!! Yesterday it was 15 and I didn't post on Craigslist!!!!!!! I even had an listing expire and more people came. My son refuses to put a link to my webpage. GRRRRR!!!!! I find this blogging very interesting and informative. It is helping me with ideas on real estate. I just need to make sure I spend some time selling houses instead of blogging. I feel that I can help anyone in the Treasure Valley sell and/or buy their home. I am so happy I started … (2 comments)
Every where I go people ask me: How is the housing market?Can I sell my home?Are we at the bottom of the market?When should I buy and/or sell my house?I'm upside down in my house. What do I do? It is Saturday and the Boise real estate market is a little slow but I have some active buyers. Today at 10 AM I am showing houses to a new buyer from house values. This will be the second time I actually took a buyer out from them in 8 months. Maybe 8 months is the charm. I seem to be getting more interest from my drip campaign. I have two different websites and this Blog. They are www.debbieholmes.net and www.homepages/com/debbieholmes1.both are useful in their own separate ways. I prefer the www.debbieholmes.net. Well we closed on 1408 Dearborn in Caldwell. Idaho. Paint the inside of the house, Do some trim touch ups. Does anyone know why porches our usually gray? This
house has the coolest wrap around porch. I was toying with the idea of painting it a color to match the accent color of the trim. Any ideas? We also need to carpet upstairs and a little downstairs. Is there anything short of refinishing the beautiful wood floors we can do to make it shine? We also want to repaint the beautiful old claw tubs.
